If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Easy Slot Booking.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders refer to requests by You to purchase Service from Us.

Your Cancellation Rights

The deadline for canceling a Service is 24 hours from when you start getting the Alerts or when a third party you have appointed takes possession of the Service. A cancellation fee of 500 INR (6.30 USD) is deducted from the paid amount. You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours no questions asked. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision through a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing us at our official address present in our contact information.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the time of the request. We will use the same means of payment method as the one used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse refund of any service that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.

Conditions for Refund

In order for the service to be eligible for a Refund, the following conditions should be met:

  • No refunds will be made after You get a visa slot.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, Items on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by the local law of your residence.
